Galvanized field fence is popular because of its cost effectiveness. It is primarily used in the agricultural industry but can readily be used in a domestic application as well. Galvanized field fence has a built in top straining wire and the height aperture varies from the bottom (closer together) to the top (further apart). Stock lines of this mesh are available from The Pole Yard per meter, while non stock lines are sold per roll. Choose your requirements from the options menu below and then send us you enquiry.
*Don’t forget that we also sell the necessary accessories to get the job done, such as straining wire and binding wire (see Wire Coils).*

Galvanized field fence is a cost-effective wire fencing solution, primarily used in agricultural and rural settings. Its graduated aperture design — smaller openings at the bottom, larger at the top — prevents small animals from passing through while maintaining visibility and airflow.
Available heights: 0.9m, 1.2m, and 1.8m (stock lines). Aperture sizes: 150mm × 100mm and 300mm × 100mm. Galvanizing: Lightly galvanized (stock line) or fully galvanized for extended lifespan. Sold per metre or as 100m full rolls for large-scale projects.
Farm and paddock boundaries, livestock enclosures, game fencing, rural property perimeters, and garden boundaries. Combine with our T-section or Y-section droppers for a complete fencing system.
