Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some items require custom manufacturing if not readily in stock and may take upto 14-days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes and Local Addresses
www.poleyard.co.za ships to local addresses within the South African Territories.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order details.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.poleyard.co.za is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship from our online store outside South Africa.
We do export to our distributors in other countries, contact us on website@poleyard.co.za to find your nearest distribution point.
