RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from The Poleyard .

We will happily repair , exchange or refund any materially defective product /item purchased from us that you are not entirely satisfied with  , subject to certain conditions and covered by the Consumer Protection Act

To ensure a speedy conclusion , we require the proof of purchase / original invoice , and where goods were supplied as packaged , to have the original packaging intact .

Understandably , products cannot be returned or refunded if :

Goods supplied have been made to measure and or customised to suit your requirements ,

Cut or altered ,

Damaged or used ,

Used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed.

Note that goods supplied correctly and accepted as such may not be returned after 10 days from invoicing / delivery note . ( unless by prior arrangement and within a reasonable time period as per the CPA , may be subject to a 25% handling fee )

All refunds processed will either be an issue of a voucher to purchase goods to the same value or paid directly into a South African banking account ( no cash or credit/debit card returns )
